  • Solar panels and power banks that show signs of damage caused by misuse, mishandling, or unauthorized repair are not eligible.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Items purchased during clearance sales or special promotions (unless faulty on arrival).

  • Products that have been used or altered in any way.

Exchanges

Warranty
